The Oromocto & Area Chamber of Commerce (OACC) would like to invite you to attend our 2023 Business Awards Dinner taking place on April 20, 2023 from 5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Hazen Park Center, Onondaga Street, Oromocto, NB.

During the dinner, the OACC will announce the winners of the OACC Business Leadership Award and Community Involvement Award and will also introduce the winner of the Oromocto High School Scholarship Award.

This year we are pleased to announce Steve Dixon from Grimross Brewery as our Keynote Speaker.  Having established a new location in the Town of Oromocto, Steve is very excited and optimistic about growing the Grimross presence in the community of Oromocto.  Steve will be speaking about his business journey with Grimross.

We are also very excited to announce that Mr. Jimmy MacKinley, Stand-up Comedian, will be leading the entertainment portion of the Awards Dinner.  Jimmy was born on the banks of the Miramichi River and has been performing for over five years.  His credits include Laugh Out Loud on CBC Radio One, Sirius XM Radio, Just for Laughs Canada, Hubcap Comedy Festival, 2 tours with TV’s Gerry Dee, and three sold out shows at the Vogue Theatre in Miramichi.
